Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 21, 2026

This policy explains what information Ganit Labs Inc. ("Ganit Labs", "we", "us") collects when you visit ganitlabs.ai, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect as little as we need to run the site, respond to inquiries and understand which content is useful.

1. Information you give us

  • Contact form. Your name, email address and message, and any optional details you choose to add (company, phone, inquiry type, how you heard about us). If you tick the box to receive updates, we may occasionally email you; you can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Email. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

2. Information collected automatically

  • Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, how far you scroll, which sections and interactive tools (such as the ROI calculator) you use, the site or campaign link that brought you here, approximate location (country or city), and device and browser type. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. We do not use Google Analytics advertising features.
  • Campaign links. Links we share on social media and in our emails may include tags (for example, "utm_source=linkedin") or short links on ganitlabs.ai that forward to tagged pages. They tell us which post or email brought a visit. In one-to-one emails, a link may carry a code unique to that email, which lets us see whether it was used and how the page was explored, so that any follow-up is relevant.
  • Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider receives standard request data (IP address, browser and device information, the page requested, and the time) to deliver pages and protect the site against abuse.

3. Cookies

We do not use advertising cookies. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (named _ga and _ga_<ID>) that distinguish visitors and visits; they expire after up to two years. Embedded Google Maps on our contact page, and our video on the About page when you play it, may set Google cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on.

4. How we use information

  • To respond to your inquiries and correspond with you.
  • To understand and improve our content and measure which channels are useful.
  • To keep the site secure and protect it, and our inbox, from spam and abuse.

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

5. Services that process information for us

  • Google: Google Analytics (site analytics), Google Fonts (typefaces), Google Maps and YouTube (embedded map and video).
  • Formspree: delivers contact form submissions to us.
  • Vercel: hosts the website.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile: checks that a visitor is human before our email address is shown; it processes browser and device signals for that check only.
  • Our email provider: stores the emails we send and receive.

Each provider handles information under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if required by law.

6. How long we keep information

Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months. Inquiries and correspondence are kept for as long as needed to respond and for our ordinary business records, after which they are deleted.

7. Your choices

  • You can browse the site without giving us any personal information.
  • You can block cookies or opt out of Google Analytics as described above.
  • You can ask us to tell you what information you have sent us, to correct it, or to delete it, by contacting us as shown below.

Do Not Track. The site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

8. Children

This site is intended for businesses and professionals. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

9. Security and location

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to the information we receive is limited to the people who need it. We are based in the United States, and information is processed in the United States.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date.

11. Contact

Questions or requests about this policy: please use the form or email address on our contact page, or write to Ganit Labs, 5215 N O’Connor Blvd, Irving, TX 75039, USA.
